Our home away from home. Harbour Island has brought me so much joy and unforgettable memories with my loved ones over the years.
This beautiful Island's tourism-based economy has been devastated by the Covid-19 pandemic.

GARDEN HOUSE

In the above photo I'm standing with the awesome fitness instructor, Tamara. Follow her on instagram to see what I mean.
She does water aerobics at The Dunmore sometimes which is super fun, and biweekly group classes.

THE SUGAR MILL

Housed in a building that's more than one hundred and fifty years old, where the Sugar was once milled, now a treasure trove of discovery.
Global brands with distinct points of view found on India and Linda’s travels.
Always compendious and full of fun.

PRINCESS STREET GALLERY

A great place to visit and see an extraordinarily broad and sophisticated collection of tropical art
inspired by Harbour Island and its nearby islands of The Bahamas. They also sell really cute jewelry!

SHINE

A sunny little shop on Harbour Island, features a local selection of handmade jewelry, beautiful clothes, colorful home goods and charming accessories.

SWEET SPOT

Although I love to indulge a little while on vacation, this sweet spot allows me to feel bikini ready. This gem offers a plant-based menu with healthy smoothies,
cold-pressed juices and amazing food for breakfast and lunch. SO GOOD!

THE LANDING

The Landing is a beautiful historic bay front hotel/restaurant that dates back to the 1800s.  They serve breakfast and dinner.  If I want to indulge, I get the ricotta hotcakes for breakfast...they are delicious with brown butter on top!  For dinner I love the A.B.C. , chili salt squid and the arugula salad.  Their burger is to die for...sometimes we order it to go.

THE DUNMORE RESTAURANT

The Dunmore has a beautiful restaurant, decorated by Amanda Lindroth, overlooking the most beautiful beach in the world (in my opinion)
I always order the fish curry for dinner and you must try the Rum Dum cocktail !!! Again, the staff is so friendly it feels like home.

The beach is the biggest attraction to us.  The alluring sand and water colors are endless fun.
You can charter a boat for a 1/2 or full day and enjoy some amazing snorkeling or spear fishing .

THE ELBOW ROOM

Stop by the Elbow Room for a drink or two. Beautiful cocktails after a long day in the sun is what vacation is all about.
It's right by the loading dock where you get on and off the island so a nice start or end to your vacation.
