15 Day Return Policy

If you’re not perfectly satisfied, Marysia gladly accepts returns of items in their original condition, tags, and packaging within 15 days from the original order date for store credit only. We do not offer exchanges, please place a new order. Items must be returned with MARYSIA tags attached, and hygienic liner intact.

As of 10/24/2022, MARYSIA LLC does not offer refunds to original payment method. Return of full-priced items are eligible for store credit only. Orders for full-priced items, placed on or before 10/24/2022, are eligible for refund to original payment method within 15 days of the order date 

 

International Purchases are not eligible for returns at this time.

Discounted Items and “Third Party Brands” are final sale.

We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition. Swim items returned in used condition without tags or hygienic liners intact will not be eligible for a store credit.

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal. Store Credit will not be issued until the return is approved and processed.

 

Handling Fee

All returns submitted for store credit are subject to a handling fee of $15 USD per order and will be deducted from the amount of your store credit. This $15 fee covers shipping labels, and additional shipping charges.

 

Store Credits will not be issued or released until the return is approved and processed. Store credits will expire 18 months after their issuance date.
