If you’re not perfectly satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for store credit only within 15 days from the original ship date. This applies to full-priced items only, in their unworn, original condition, tags and packaging. Sale and Third-Party items are Final Sale. We do not offer refunds or allow International returns at this time.
When using our pre-paid label $10 will be deducted from your store credit.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Please return the item you wish to exchange for store credit and place a new order. As soon as you’ve decided you’d like to exchange, please email email@example.com for instructions on how to return your item for store credit and a shipping label will be emailed to you.
Sale and Third-Party items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Marysia does not offer price adjustments on sale items.
