What are 3 beauty products you can’t live without??

A 100% organic, cold pressed oil to moisturize my face and entire body. Some of my favorites include pure Moringa, Coconut, Olive, Rosehip, Jojoba, and Pomegranate. I love to alchemise my own signature blends, using deliciously scented essential oils. Concocting my own skincare is something I’ve done for many years and would love to release a small batch for others to enjoy one day.

You are a bestselling author of the book Model Chocolate. What is raw chocolate and what anti-aging properties does it carry?

Raw chocolate is unheated cocoa and is rich with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and good fats all which nourish the skin and boost metabolism. For many years I used to create carob treats for my family, then when the cacao arrived I simply switched all the recipes I knew with the raw cacao powder, and have been inventing more of them ever since! It was my invention for models and superhumans alike after I had personally felt the benefits of raw cacao in my body. It’s the most perfect nutrient dense beauty food available, so I wanted everyone to experience how easy it was to make their own chocolate from scratch.

Is there a saying or mantra that you live by?

'You are Nature Too'... ponder it, let it transform your life as it has mine. Every cell in your body has such deep wisdom inside!

What is the #1 advice you would give to someone on their health and wellness journey?

Add more and more things that make you feel good! That could be as simple as adding in more fruits and vegetables to your diet, or switching from processed sugary chocolate to making your own delicious healing raw chocolate. Only with practice and remembering that “we are nature too” can we undo much of the suffering that isn’t meant for us. I’m turning 50 next year and remind myself daily of the 8 health principles that have guided my life so well since my teens. In a nutshell: Nutrition, Exercise, Water, Sunshine, Temperance, Air, Rest, and Trust.

What is your favorite kind of workout?

Walking down our local country roads or in the rainforest, gardening at home, beekeeping, surfing, horseback riding, leaping off waterfalls…anything outside, I love!

When you are not modeling or being a beautiful mother of three and grandmother, where can we find you? ?

In my organic Garden. I can’t wait to share more of my creations with the world, from my heart space, all in time. I have quite a list! Until then, enjoy more of my shares via Instagram @abigailoneill.
