Refund policy

If you’re not perfectly satisfied, Marysia gladly accepts returns of items in their original condition, tags, and packaging within 15 days from the original order date for store credit only.

We do not offer exchanges, please place a new order. Items must be returned with MARYSIA tags attached, and hygienic liner intact.

MARYSIA LLC does not offer refunds to the original payment method. Return of full-priced items are eligible for store credit only.  

International Purchases are not eligible for returns at this time.

Discounted Items and “Third Party Brands” are final sale.

We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition. Swim items returned in used condition without tags or hygienic liners intact will not be eligible for a store credit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
