Domestic Orders: Standard orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days and shipped using the method of your choice. Pre-orders typically ship in 4-6 weeks. Ground shipments are sent UPS and typically take 3-5 business days in transit time after the order has been processed. Expedited orders are typically processed within one business day as long as the order is placed by 12PM PST. Orders are in transit business days only. Please note processing may take longer during Sale or Promotions depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. We do our very best to keep up with your stock, but due to demand, sometimes items may be purchased on backorder and may be delayed.
International Orders: We ship internationally to all countries except Russia. Orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days and shipped using the method of your choice. We currently offer DHL Express shipping on International orders ($45 shipping cost does not include customs fees/duties), which typically takes up to 4 business days in transit time after the order has been processed. Please note, DHL Express does not ship to P.O. Boxes. International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout and require payment along with the $45 shipping cost . Marysia LLC is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the recipient to pay. Please note, however, even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays. If you’re having trouble with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
