15 DAY RETURN POLICY

If you’re not perfectly satisfied, MARYSIA gladly accepts returns of items in their original condition, tags, and packaging within 15 days from the original order date for store credit only.We do not offer exchanges, please place a new order. Items must be returned with MARYSIA tags attached, and hygienic liner intact.

MARYSIA LLC does not offer refunds to original payment method. Return of full-priced items are eligible for store credit only.  

 

International Purchases are not eligible for returns at this time.

 

Discounted Items and “Third Party Brands” are final sale.

 

We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition. Swim items returned in used condition without tags or hygienic liners intact will not be eligible for a store credit.

 

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal. 

 

Store Credits will not be issued or released until the return is approved and processed. Store credits will expire 18 months after their issuance date.

ORDERS

Domestic Orders: Standard orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days and shipped using the method of your choice. Pre-orders typically ship in 4-6 weeks. Ground shipments are sent UPS and typically take 3-5 business days in transit time after the order has been processed. Expedited orders are typically processed within one business day as long as the order is placed by 12PM EST. Orders are in transit business days only. Please note processing may take longer during Sale or Promotions depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. We do our very best to keep up with your stock, but due to demand, sometimes items may be purchased on backorder and may be delayed.

International Orders: We ship internationally to all countries except Russia. Orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days and shipped using the method of your choice. We currently offer DHL Express shipping on International orders ($45 shipping cost does not include customs fees/duties), which typically takes up to 4 business days in transit time after the order has been processed. Please note, DHL Express does not ship to P.O. Boxes. International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout and require payment along with the $45 shipping cost . Marysia LLC is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the recipient to pay. Please note, however, even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays. If you’re having trouble with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us. DISCOUNT CODES AND PROMOTIONS

GENERAL POLICY

Discount and promotional codes cannot be combined with any other offers. They are not valid on prior purchases or bill payments, or toward the purchase of gift cards. Discount codes may not be sued on sale items and third party items. Products purchased with discount codes are final sale


ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION

MARYSIA offers Route Shipping Protection from damage, loss, & theft. Route Protection can be applied to your order at checkout. MARYSIA is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items for orders not protected by Route. Any questions or concerns please contact customerservice@marysia.com


Handling Fee

All returns submitted for store credit are subject to a handling fee of $15 USD per order and will be deducted from the amount of your store credit. This $15 fee covers shipping labels, and additional shipping charges.


Restrictions

Sale and Third-Party items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Marysia does not offer price adjustments on sale items.

International Purchases are not eligible for returns at this time.

PRIVACY

We take the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you’re shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. Transactions on our site are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption and your credit card information is never stored. Marysia LLC strives to ensure the security and safety of its customers and reserves the right to reject any order which raises concern. If there appear to be irregularities regarding an order, we will contact the customer before processing the order to protect their interests and ours.


CARE FOR YOUR MARYSIA SWIM

We recommend hand washing your suit in cold water with a gentle detergent. Leave out to dry under the shade. Do not put your suit in the washer or dryer. Our custom swim fabric is not treated with any harsh chemicals to make it resistant to stains or discoloring. As such, we do not recommend wearing our swimwear in hot tubs or any other heavily chlorinated water. Let sunscreen applications fully dry before wearing Coconut colored swim or any of our lighter colorways to avoid staining or discoloration.
